Once your application is approved, we’ll send your Dojo card machine with next-day delivery. Setup is fast, allowing you to start accepting payments right away. Plus, with Tap to Pay on iPhone, you can start taking payments instantly from your phone while you wait for your card machine to arrive.
What happens to my current contract if i switch from another provider?
If you decide to switch to us, we’ll cover part or all of your cancellation fees with your current provider. If you’re on our fixed-rate price plan (the all-inclusive rate), you can claim up to £500. For bespoke rates, you may be eligible for up to £3,000.
What if i need to cancel my plan?
With our 30-day no-commitment trial, you can cancel any time if Dojo isn’t the right fit for your business. After the trial, your cancellation terms will depend on whether you’re on a monthly rolling, annual, or bespoke contract.
Does Dojo integrate with my Existing EPOS system?
Yes! Dojo seamlessly integrates with over 900+ EPOS systems, making transactions smooth and efficient.
Do you offer custom pricing for Larger Businesses?
If your business processes higher volumes, we can create a bespoke pricing plan tailored to your needs.

We work with a wide range of industries, including hospitality, retail, leisure and entertainment, healthcare, automotive, personal and professional services, and many more. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services to charities or trusts but we are looking into making this possible in the future.
